Prototype FAQ
A documentation is being written to communicate the results and which
solutions have been found. Presenting the prototype answering questions via a
FAQ seems to be more flexible and accurate than an heavy structured but
almost empty report . Of course the answers will be incorporated in the final
report. Here are the questions:
Making decision process section:
- Which
situations should the defender aircraft face ?
- Why
several decision trees ?
- How
has the missing
information problem been solved temporarily?
- Which
parameters have clearly been taken into account
to take decisions?
- How
have decisions been taken?
- What
are the AI input and output
formats and why?
- How
are maneuvers computed
running the decision trees?
- How
to dismiss incompatible maneuvers?
- How is the
defender
behavior simulated?
- What
is the terminology used?
- Why
the decision tree approach? (14-05-03)
- The
decision tree is a discrete process, how do you see the continue process?
(updated 13-05-03)
- Is the
strategy of the attacker optimal
and guarantees some success? (20-05-03)
- Is it easy to escape from that optimal
strategy?
- What are the basic assumptions
and simplifications?(14-05-03)
- What
are the implemented decision trees in the prototype? (19-05-03)
Design section:
- How the flight
simulator basic model is designed?
Results
section:
- How
can the results be checked?
- What are
the flight simulator basic model constraints? (updated 13-05-03)
- What
are the flight simulator basic model results? (22-05-03)
